 Changing Date & Time for Canon Fax Machines

For the Canon 2050 / 3170 / 7000 / 7500 / 9000 / 9500

  1. Open all the one-touch speed dialing panels.
  2. Press Data registration key
  3. Press Set key (3 times)
  4. Use the numeric keys to enter the correct Date & Time.
    (Use the 24 hr. format for time setting, such as 13:00 for 1:00 p.m.)
  5. Press Set key
  6. Press Stop key

For the Canon 4000 / 4500

  1. Press Function key
  2. Press Data Registration key
  3. Press the down arrow key 1 time to User Settings
  4. Press Set key (2 times)
  5. Use the numeric keys to enter the correct Date & Time.
    (Use the 24 hr. format for time setting, such as 13:00 for 1:00 p.m.)
  6. Press Set key
  7. Press Stop key

For the Canon 700 series

  1. Open all the one-touch speed dialing panels.
  2. Press Data Registration key
  3. Press the down arrow key 4 times to Timer Settings
  4. Press Set key (2 times)
  5. Use the numeric keys to enter the correct Date & Time.
    (Use the 24 hr. format for time setting, such as 13:00 for 1:00 p.m.)
  6. Press Set key
  7. Press Stop key
 
 
 

Changing the time on Gestetner & Canon Multifunctionals

For the Canon 1300 and 1600 Series 

  1. Press Additional Functions
  2. Press the arrow keys to display Timer Settings
  3. Press set (2 times)
  4. Enter the month, day, year, and time in order
  5. Press the set key
  6. Press the Stop / Reset key

For the Canon iR2220/ 2800/ 3300/ 3320  

  1. Press Additional Functions
  2. Press  Timer Settings
  3. Select Date & Time Settings
  4. When finished press OK then Done 

For the Canon iR2270/ 2870/ 3570/ 4570  

  1. Press Additional Functions
  2. Press  Timer Settings
  3. Select Time Fine Adjustment
  4. When finished press OK then Done
     

For the Canon iR5570/ 6570
              Canon Color iRC2620/ 3200/ 3220

  1. Press Additional Functions
  2. Press System Settings
  3. Press the down arrow to Page 2/3
  4. Select Date and Time Settings
  5. When finished press OK then Done

For the Gestetner 3220/ 3225/ 3222/ 3227/ 3235/ 3245

  1. Press user Tools
  2. Select Fax Features
  3. Press Next till you see Key Op settings
  4. Select Key Op settings and press the # key for 3 seconds
  5. Press Next till you see Date / Time
  6. Select Date / Time
  7. Make changes then Select OK
  8. Press PrevMenu, then Menu, the Exit

For the Gestetner 1302/ 1502/ 1802 

  1. Press User Tools
  2. Select Fax Features
  3. Select Setup
  4. Go to Date/Time –
  5. Enter the correct time with keypad or arrows
  6. Select OK and then Exit

For the Gestetner 2212/ 2712/ 3502/ 4502/ 6002/ 7502
              DSm415/ 615/ 618/ 620/ 622/ 627/ 635/ 645/ 651/ 660/ 675

  1. Push User Tools
  2. Press System Settings
  3. Select Timer Settings
  4. Select Set Time –
  5. Enter the correct time with keypad or arrows
  6. Select OK and then Exit

For the Gestetner DSm516/ 520

  1. Press Menu until Machine Setup is displayed on the LCD first line
  2. Then Press the right or left arrow key until Date & Time are displayed on the LCD second line
  3. Press Enter
  4. Change the date and time
  5. Press Enter
