Good Service

OCI Service is the Best!
As a company doing a large volume of printing, scanning, and copying, we have and will continue to utilize OCI's services for years to come. We have just recently leased another Gestetner machine and we are very happy with the customer service we received from OCI. Terry Forsyth, our salesperson, as well as your service technicians have done a phenomenal job in "taking care of us". Our staff was educated on how to use the machine, and if we ever have any problems we know that your service technicians won't take long to be here and correct any problems. When it comes to customer service, OCI is the best.

Products and Service are outstanding
In November of 2006 we purchased a Canon ImagePROGRAF iPF 700 36" Wide Format Color Printer. We have used it to plot CAD drawings for the design department as well as large pictures for display boards through out our plant. It has worked flawlessly and has done everything we have needed. Bill Bonham and the crew at OCI have been outstanding to work with. We could not ask for more, from the initial quote, to purchasing our plotter, and then service after the sale. When I have had questions I was able to call and and get answers immediately from Bill and the service staff. I would definitely buy from Office Concepts again!

A perfect fit, "Taylor-ed" to our needs. Gestetner DSc525
We recently leased the Gestener DSc525 with finisher to print our own sales catalogs and other marketing pieces in-house. The cost savings have been tremendous. Angela Hamilton showed us how we could create professional looking documents and save money. With the Gestetner we can make running changes to our catalogs immediately and print as little or as many pieces as we need. Thanks to Angela and the technical support we received from OCI, set up, integration, and training have been top notch.

Great Services
Wayne Metals purchased a Gestetner Model A045 Copier/Scanner/Printer from Office Concepts in February 07. Wayne Metals was looking for a solution to digitizing our 1,500+ customers prints and the Gestetner A045 did just that. The Gestetner A045 also gave us printing capabilities, so we worked with Joe Blazek at OCI to develop a program that would print documents linked to our work order releases which is also a success. We have also saved on file cabinet space with the digitized prints and simplified the process of handling print thanks to Office Concepts services! We would also like to thank their service department for great service and for being proactive in scheduling regular visits before an issue arises.

Mike Park
I just wanted to let you know (I am sure that you know this) but Mike Parks is a wonderful representative of your company. He gets the job done - no matter what! I now work at Zurcher Tire and I am happy to say he is the copy repair man at Zurcher Tire -- previously I worked at Schurger, Zurcher and Harvey - Mike was at one point our serviceman - and for whatever reason, the company went with a different company for the Copier -- which meant that we no longer had Mike servicing the copier --which was bad news - we really missed Mike. As mentioned, I now work at Zurcher Tire -and before Mike, there was another individual (from a different company) servicing the copiers... it was so obvious that he had no idea what to do - we KNOW that when we call for service now Mike will get the job done the first time! Thank you for great employees like Mike!
