To receive a consistent service billing it is important to read you meter and report those readings prior to the meter reading due date. A fax, email, or phone call from Office Concepts will remind you when your meter reading is due. If meter counts are not reported we must estimate your reading based on prior usage. Although this is fairly accurate, inconsistent billing can result.
